Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the pk6 game platform is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. This includes all pages, products, services, promotions and features available on pk6game.pro or through the pk6 game mobile application.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk6 game. By ticking the acceptance box during registration or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm your agreement. If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of pk6 game.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pk6 game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk6 game is strictly an adult entertainment platform and access by minors is prohibited.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or as part of a syndicate arrangement.

3 Account Registration

When registering your pk6 game account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid contact number and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your details change — particularly your contact number or payment account details — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. pk6 game is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

pk6 game operates a strict one-account policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, the platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets and forfeit any balances held across those accounts. Creating a second account to claim a welcome bonus or other new-player promotion is considered a breach of these Terms.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or other documentation to confirm your identity and address. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is a condition of continued access to withdrawal functionality.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pk6 game are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits
• Raast — Pakistan's national instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer in PKR
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by the issuing bank

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk6 game account instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times at your financial institution. pk6 game does not apply any platform-side fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will trigger a review. Any deposits identified as third-party in origin may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

pk6 game reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level based on account status, verification level or other risk-related factors. Current deposit limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk6 game account are processed in PKR to a verified payment method in your own name. The platform does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes completing the KYC process as described in Section 3. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be placed on hold until the required documentation is received and reviewed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed same day for verified accounts.
• Raast: Typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer: One to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Cards: Processing times are subject to the card issuer's timeline.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are set at the platform level and are displayed in your account. pk6 game reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Any withdrawal request where the associated account is under review for potential Terms violations will be held pending the outcome of that review. pk6 game will communicate the reason for any withdrawal hold via your registered account inbox or support channel.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk6 game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots, cashback on sports betting activity and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on pk6 game:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) must be turned over in qualifying play before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets and other products may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings that remain after the bonus expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• pk6 game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms in place at the time of crediting will apply.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using promotional codes belonging to another player, or placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk6 game — including cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, football, esports and all other sports markets — are subject to the individual rules governing each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within each betting section of the platform.

For live casino products including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show tables, the rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing real-money bets.

For slots, the rules and paytable for each individual title are accessible within the game. Return to player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are provided by the game supplier and reflect long-term theoretical returns, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.

Key betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit function for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game or bet settlement, pk6 game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and game type. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• For cricket and other sports, if a match is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered in format, settlement rules specific to that market type will be applied as stated in the sports rules section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk6 game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or miscalculated odds identified on the platform — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in any way that constitutes money laundering or financial crime.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or evade a previous account closure decision.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider-information-based betting on cricket, PSL or any other sport covered on the platform.

pk6 game cooperates fully with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected. The platform's fraud and security team monitors account activity continuously and reserves the right to freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice where suspicious activity is detected.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

pk6 game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity suggesting fraudulent behaviour or Terms abuse.
• Request by the account holder to close their account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming section.
• Reasonable suspicion of account compromise or unauthorised third-party access.

Where an account is closed following a confirmed Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the balance will be refunded subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification requirements.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact the pk6 game support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and access to the platform will be restricted for the requested period or permanently, depending on the nature of the request.

10 Privacy & Data

pk6 game collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk6 game shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures or force majeure events beyond the platform's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

pk6 game reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via their account inbox or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on pk6game.pro/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the pk6 game platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any changes, your option is to stop using the platform and request account closure through our support team.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, particularly ahead of any significant activity such as a large deposit or a request to withdraw a substantial balance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent revision was made.
